Every organisation has a beginning. Some begin with a business idea. Some begin with a market opportunity. Nur Ain began with a personal experience. It began with a brother's love for his sister.
In 2009, after leaving the corporate world, our founder made a personal decision. After many years of professional life, he wanted to dedicate the next chapter of his life to helping people who needed support, especially in the areas of health and humanity.
He did not know exactly what form that contribution would take. Life had its own plan.
In 2010, while performing pilgrimage, he received heartbreaking news. His beloved sister had been diagnosed with kidney failure and needed dialysis to survive.
Like many families facing this situation for the first time, they experienced uncertainty. Questions. Fear. Concerns about the future. Through his sister's journey, he began to understand the challenges faced by dialysis patients and their families.
Dialysis was not only about treatment. It was about adjusting to a new way of life. It was about emotional strength. It was about family support. It was about having people who truly cared.
That experience changed his direction. He realised that many other families were facing the same journey. Many patients needed more than a dialysis machine. They needed compassion. They needed understanding. They needed someone willing to stand beside them.
And from that belief, Pusat Hemodialisis Nur Ain was established.
The name Nur Ain carries a special meaning. It represents the love and memory of a sister who changed the direction of one person's life.
Today, every patient who comes to Nur Ain is cared for with the same respect and concern. Because every patient is someone's beloved.
We understand that choosing a dialysis centre is one of the most important decisions a patient and family will make. Therefore, we strive to provide:
Through proper procedures, experienced healthcare professionals and continuous improvement.
Because patients need someone who listens, understands and supports them.
Because kidney disease affects the whole family, not only the person receiving treatment.
Nur Ain exists because one family experienced the challenges of kidney disease.
Today, we continue our journey by helping many other families walk through theirs. We cannot remove every difficulty.
But we can promise this:
You do not have to face this journey alone.
