Every journey begins with a single step. The journey of Pusat Hemodialisis Nur Ain began from a personal experience and a simple belief: When people are facing difficult moments in life, they deserve someone who cares.
Over the years, Nur Ain has grown. But one thing has remained constant: Our responsibility towards every patient and family entrusted to us.
After leaving the corporate world, our founder began searching for a meaningful way to contribute to society.
The intention was simple:
To use the remaining years of life to help people who needed support, especially in health and humanity.
At that time, the path was not yet clear. Life would soon reveal the answer.
During pilgrimage, our founder received heartbreaking news. His beloved sister had developed kidney failure and required dialysis.
Through his sister's journey, he witnessed the reality faced by dialysis patients and their families.
The physical challenges.
The emotional struggles.
The adjustments required from everyone involved.
He realised that many other families were walking the same difficult path.
That experience planted the seed that would later become Nur Ain.
Nur Ain was established with a simple purpose:
To provide a place where dialysis patients receive not only treatment, but also understanding and support.
The vision was never only about machines.
It was about people.
Over the years, thousands of treatment sessions have taken place. But numbers alone cannot describe the journey.
Each patient brought a lesson.
Some taught us patience.
Some taught us courage.
Some taught us gratitude.
Some reminded us about the importance of family.
Every organisation faces challenges. Nur Ain is no different. There were moments of uncertainty. Moments when difficult decisions had to be made. Moments when we questioned how to continue.
But every challenge taught us something important:
The responsibility we carry is bigger than ourselves.
One Sunday night, our centre was broken into. The next morning, we discovered that our dialysis machines had been taken.
The shock was overwhelming. Our first thought was not about the equipment. It was about our patients. How would they receive their next treatment?
For several days, many options were considered. Continue sending patients elsewhere? Give up? Close? The uncertainty was painful.
But one thing remained clear: We could not abandon the people who trusted us.
After seeking help and sharing our situation, support came. Machines were provided. Treatment continued.
That experience taught us:
When your purpose is clear, solutions can appear even during the most difficult moments.
Although Nur Ain began from one person's experience, it has never been a one-person effort. It was built by:
Over time, patients changed us. They taught us:
To listen more carefully.
To be slower to judge.
To understand that everyone carries hidden struggles.
To appreciate every moment.
To remember that our responsibility is to do our best, while accepting that the final outcome belongs to the Creator.
Today, Nur Ain continues its commitment to providing dialysis care with professionalism, compassion and sincerity.
The world of healthcare continues to change. Technology continues to improve. Standards continue to evolve. We continue learning.
Because caring for people is a responsibility that never ends.
The future of Nur Ain is not only about growth. It is about continuing the values that built us.
Not as sadness. But as gratitude. For:
Because:
When we look back, we do not only see years of operation. We see faces. We remember conversations. We remember challenges. We remember moments of sadness and happiness. Most importantly, we remember the privilege of being part of people's lives.
We do our best.
We continue to learn.
We continue to serve.
And we leave the rest to Allah.
